Our step-by-step guide to securing
your new home at Square Gardens…

  1. Simply complete the online form
  2. On receipt of your application, we’ll select the living space that best matches your preferences and budget.
  3. To reserve your living space, a £200 reservation fee is required, alongside supporting documentation evidencing your right to rent in the UK (this reservation fee will form part of your full deposit).
  4. The right to rent documentation should be one form of photo ID (passport or current immigration / travel document).
  5. Employer and previous Landlord checks may be required before the tenancy offer is sent to you.
  6. Your living space will be reserved and application processed whilst we complete all checks.
  7. A tenancy offer will be sent via Docusign, subject to you providing the valid right to rent documents.

    8. Please note, your reservation fee will create a £200 deposit. This will be held by a third party, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) and will be refunded by the TDS at the end of your stay, subject to all terms of your agreement being met.
